Eigentlich ist es eine total verrückte Aktion der wir uns hier verschrieben haben. Aber umso verrückter die Aktion ist umso wohltätiger ist sie auch.

Los gehts am 19. Dezember 2009, ankommen in Bamako werden wir vorraussichtlich am 8. Januar 2010.

Die Rallye von München über Genua, Marokko, Mauretanien nach Bamako in Mali (www.rallye-muenchen-afrika.de) wird seit vielen Jahren von von Dieter Scholz und Erich Sailer ausgerichtet. Ziel der Rallye ist keinesfalls eine wilde Fahrt quer durch zwei Kontinente um danach einen Sieger zu küren. Nein viel mehr ist der Weg das Ziel und gewinnen wird jeder!

Gefahren wird auf der Rallye auch nicht mit hochgezüchteten Rallyefahrzeugen, sondern mit alten Gebrauchtwagen im Wert von bis zu 1000 €. Diese werden für die Fahrt etwas technisch aufbereitet um die Strapazen der Wüste und den 6000 km auch standzuhalten. In Bamako angekommen werden die Autos versteigert und der Erlös wird karitativ gespendet und kommt z.B. einer Schule oder einem Krankenhaus zugute. Direkt, d.h. ohne Bürokratische Verwaltungskosten.

Wir hoffen auf diesem Weg auch Mitstreiter/Firmen zu finden die dieses Auto mit einer Spende mitfinanzieren um sich an dem wohltätigen Zweck zu beteiligen. Vielleicht findet sich ja auch jemand der ein altes fahrtüchtiges Auto rumstehen hat und dieses gerne loswerden bzw. spenden will. Wir freuen uns auch über jede Art von Sachspenden (mehr dazu unter „Wir Suchen„)

Da diese Rallye auch von Journalisten und dem Fernsehen begleitet wird ist das für Firmen die sich beteiligen wollen eine gute Plattform Werbung zu betreiben. In diesem Zusammenhang sei darauf hingewiesen das wir unser Fahrzeug im Gegenzug einer Spende gerne mit einem Aufkleber iherer Firma bestücken werden. D.h. wenn sie sich angesprochen fühlen unser Projekt zu unterstützen zögern sie nicht uns zu kontaktieren.

Neben diesem wohltätigen Zweck werden wir natürlich auch einiges erleben, andere Menschen kennenlernen und sicher auch an unsere physischen und psychischen Grenzen stoßen. Es wird für uns vermutlich eine Erfahrung werden von der man sein Leben zehren wird können.

Diese Kombination von Spaß an der Reise und der Gewissheit das sich nach der Reise viele Menschen die es nötig haben über Dinge freuen die für uns alltäglich sind hat uns drei sofort faszniert. Seit dem wir davon gehört haben müssen wir das einfach durchziehen. Vielleicht lässt sich ja der Virus weitergeben. Wir werden soweit wie möglich hier auf dem Blog während unserer Reise berichten, was wir so alles erleben!

Startujemy 19 grudnia 2009 w Monachium…… natomiast w Bamako planujemy sie znaleźć 8 stycznia 2010r.
Rajd ten (który ciągnie się od Monachium poprzez Genue, Marokko, Mauretanie i Bamako w Mali), organizowany jest juz od kilkunastu lat przez Dieter Scholz i Erich Sailer (www.rallye-muenchen-afrika.de).
Nie jest to typowe widowisko sportowe ani wyczynowy wyścig.
Celem podróży nie jest sam cel, ale droga… i każdy wygrywa!
W rajdzie biorą udział zwykle auta, do 1000 €, które tak musimy złożyć, aby przejechały Saharę i ten mały dystans w postaci 6000km.
Gdy dojedziemy do Bamako, auta będą sprzedawane na aukcji, a zysk z nich zostanie oddany w celach charytatywnych (w tym roku prawdopodobnie pieniądze pojda na tamtejszy dom dziecka).
Dlatego mamy nadzieje, ze ktoś również jak my zafascynuje sie cala ta koncepcja i chętnie by nas wsparł, w jakikolwiek sposób.
W związku z tym, ze patronem medialnym naszej podrozy bedzie  matchlessmagazine, poszukujemy sponsorów lub firm, które w zamian za reklamę na aucie, chcieliby nas wspomóc finansowo, materialnie albo podarować nam nawet samochód. Jest to bowiem najlepsza okazja, aby się pokazać:)

Poza naszym charytatywnym celem, bedzie to prawdopodobnie bardzo dobra okazja poznać nowych ludzi, nowe kultury i zwyczaje, a przede wszystkim z dala od domu poznać siebie samego, swoje granice wytrzymałości i spojrzeć na siebie i na swoje zycie z dystansu i z innej perspektywy…. Mysle, ze niektórzy z nas wrócą jako inni ludzie z tej podroży…. Może będzie to doświadczenie, które całkowicie odmieni nasze spojrzenie na świat, na zycie, na przyzwyczajenia, na rzeczy mniej lub bardziej ważne… i ukształtuje nas w inny, nowy, cudowny sposób:)

Ta kombinacja tych kilku rzeczy, czyli zabawa, rozwój, cos nowego i tajemniczego a zarazem pomoc innym ludziom, od razu nas zafascynowała……
…odkąd spontanicznie zadecydowaliśmy, ze bierzemy w tym rajdzie udział, (mimo skromnych możliwości finansowych:) ), wiemy ze teraz po prostu musimy dać rade:) może zarazimy tym naszym wirusem inne osoby kto wie……. w każdym bądź razie będziecie otrzymywać od nas najświeższe informacje z naszych poczynań, a z podróży aktualne zdjęcia i reportaże, co takiego przeżyliśmy

we kick off on 19th December from Munich…and planning to get to Bamako by 8th January 2010. This rally (which spreads from Munich and goes through Genoa, Morocco, Mauritania up to the Bamako in Mali) has been organized for several now by Dieter Scholz and Erich Sailer (www.rallye-muenchen-afrika.de)

The rally is not a typical spectacle nor professional race. The aim is the route, not the goal itself and everyone wins!
The main principle is that the cars which are taking place in the rally, have to be no more than € 1000 value and they have to be set up in the way to be able to overpower the extreme conditions in Sahara and this inconspicuous distance of 6000 km.

When we get to Bamako, the cars are going for sale on auction, and the profit will go to one of the local Charities (possibly one of orphanages).
Therefore we really hope that someone like us will like the initiative and get fascinated as we are, so we could hear from them and be supported in any way.
Because one of our media patrons is a local online newspaper matchlessmagazine, we are either looking for individual sponsors or companies who would like to advertise themselves on our cars in return for any financial help, or have a spare car and would be happy to give it away for this noble aim.

Apart the charity purpose there is another yet reason for taking part in this crazy project, purely personal but not selfish. Its a great opportunity to meet fantastic people, who like us believe that helping others is a moral obligation of humanity. Its a chance to make friends, to get know different cultures, habits, moreover – to check our own limits where thrown far from secure life we will possibly struggle with oncoming mixed emotions, heat, dust.
Its a chance to get yourself know better, look at yourself from different perspective, stand aside and see what person you are, how is your life looking like, where to you go – sorry where do you rush, and why you do these things?
I am sure some of us will be a different people after come back. This could be entirely new experience and will change our points of view, will change our habits, revalue and formalize our life in the new and miraculous way.

This combination of few reasons for this venture, that is a joy, personal growth and development, the New and mysterious and the help offered others, fascinated us from the very first stage.
Since we’ve decided to take part in it (even though we couldn’t really afford) there was no single moment that we hesitated neither to thought of cancelling all of this. Its a very exciting, very „infectious“ project. We hope we contaminate you with this „virus“, so you will also join us….who knows…;)
